Gyro was very good and the pizza was good too. Customer service was fine too.

Where do I even begin? We have been to Michael's three times, and each time the food and especially service has been declining. For the food, the pizza is not real pizza. The crust is literally so thin that it was soggy from all the toppings. The cheese tasted strange and looked so unappetizing. But that's not the worst of it. The service is AWFUL. I have worked in restaurants before, and their customer service is laughable. When we arrived, they bus boy (or chef? Or waiter?) cleaned off a table behind us and was slamming all the dishes, flatware, and cups into the bin. It was so loud it actually startled us. But what was extremely rude is when he started to stack the chairs onto the tables around us. At that point we felt like we were unwanted and a burden on them. It's not like we got there right before closing. Needless to say we won't be back. It's a wonder they are still open.

Without a doubt this the best Italian food in the area. Pizza and dinners fantastic. I tried the House Deluxe Pizza and the Lasagna. Will definitely be back. Sauce makes it and this is great. You can smell it when you walk in.

Ordered the chicken gyro platter and some wings around 3:45 via Slice, received an instant text letting me know my order would be ready bet 5:00 & 5:15. A friend ordered around 4, was told their order would be ready by 4:30. They went to pick it up and asked about mine. Would you believe that my order was ready and no one from the restaurant had let me know? So my fries were getting soggy and the vegetables were limp. I wasn't pleased, especially considering the high prices. I doubt I'll be ordering from Michael's again during the rest of my time here.

This is my favorite place for cocktails and meatballs. The pizza and calzones are also amazing. Mr. and Mrs. Joey are the nicest people. Patty is always our server and she goes above and beyond the call of duty. When I read the lower star comments, I have to scratch my head! I cannot believe Customers experience such a bad visit. Joey is the only Chef --- and that way you know you are getting the best product for your order. If you have to wait --- have a drink, and relax! It will be worth it. There is a pool table too. Play a game --- enjoy! The food is WORTH THE WAIT. Love Joey O's!

Honestly I have no idea why the reviews weren’t great but it should be 5 I repeat 5 STARS, the pizza was so beautiful I wish I knew how to post a picture. A classic New York styles pizza, very tasty. As Dave Portnoy would say one bite 9.91 rating. Highly recommend!

Ordered on a Thursday evening they told me delivery would be 1-1:15 hours that was fine waited 2 hours it finally came and both pizzas was hard as a brick with no sauce

We were highly disappointed as we waited almost an hour for our pizza with empty tables around us; service was poor in that we got our own silverware, water refills etc. And to top it all, the pizza was literally about an 1/8 of an inch thick with cheese pizza starting at $14 for a large. No choice of thick or thin so one would think the it would be “hand-tossed” thickness. The one ray of sunshine in this visit was the kind man that waited on us. He was doing his very best to do about three different jobs. He was friendly towards our family and our kids.If you want pizza, I would encourage elsewhere.

Great pizza! We had to wait an unbearable amount of time (over an hour for take out) for our pizza but when we finally had it, it was one of the best. I can see why they were backed up.

Great pizza! Even gluten free. It was nice to be able to bring our own wine and no charge. Everyone very nice and accommodating even though "someone" being demanding. Will definitely go back

Be cautious when ordering from here! Perhaps call ahead to see if they are busy or not. After 3 phone calls and 2 hr 45 min wait we finally received burnt food! Gluten free pizza wasn’t edible. Calzones were all burnt on the bottom and pizzas were burnt crispy.

Order 2 pizzas that taste bland and were hard to chew, one pizza was a white pie and had little ricotta and mozzarella no kind of sauce. Also ordered garlic knots that had no oil or garlic on them. Only thing that was ok was the fried mushrooms that were packaged food they deep fry. I will never go back and will let people know to go somewhere else!!!! ANY PIZZA CHAIN IS BETTER THEN THIS PLACE!!!

I told my kids how good the pizza and food was at this place that was use to be! When arriving there we met a man who said the service was very slow, and the place had several tables that had not been clean. We decided to order anyway because I had bragged on this place, won't do that again! Other people sat down and ordered 15 minutes after us, after an hour pass they were receiving there pizza but ours still had not been serviced. We left and will never go back DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

We went to this establishment on a Saturday evening at 8:30 pm. Their hours are until 9 pm. We walked inside and tried to order a salad and was told that they had ran out of dough and were closing. I didnt realize a salad required dough maybe they do something a little different there.

'Baked' ziti came out and was served on an oversized plate that consisted of nothing more than tomato sauce with some tomatoes and cheese thrown in..Think mish-mash. Worst dinner ever..4 bites in and I pushed the play away...disappearing waitress made it worse..i've read all the reviews over the past 6 months and something is going wrong here. I read a review from 3 days ago that said they were out of lasagna noodles. Care to guess what they were still out of 3 days later? Only 3 booths had people dining, slow service. Just look at the picture below. I could get better quality from a frozen food dinner from the grocery store. Beyond poor. Listen up Joey O's...you used to be good, what happened?
